01 — Rituals
Pick one, or string them together. Every ritual includes a private shower suite, tea, and all the time you need afterwards.
An hour in skin-warm water, dense with salt. Lights off when you're ready.
Long enough for the mind to stop narrating. Our most-booked hour and a half.
Radiant heat that warms from the inside. A slow sweat in a quiet cedar room.
Infrared, then the plunge. Three rounds. You'll leave louder on the inside — then very quiet.

03 — The Float
A lightless, soundless pod. Water so dense with salt you lie on it like a hand. No gravity to fight, no light to process, no notifications. The nervous system finally clocks out.
i. Saltper pod
Epsom salt dissolved into 30 cm of water — you float like cork, face to the ceiling.
ii. Warmthwater + air
Skin temperature. After ten minutes you can't tell where you end and the water begins.
iii. Gravitynear enough
Zero load. The spine lengthens, shoulders drop, jaw unclenches — often for the first time all week.
Private suites, each with its own shower.
Cedar cabin, two-person.
Two to three minutes is plenty.
